By using PDI Master services:

- You must share accurate and complete details about the vehicle and inspection location.
Payments:
Service fees must be paid via our secure payment options either before or after the inspection, as indicated during booking.
Limitations:
PDI Master is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to our inspection process.
Changes:
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any such updates.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Service-Based)
Effective Date:
For PDI Master vehicle inspection services:
Cancellations:
You may cancel a scheduled inspection up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued only if the inspection cannot be completed due to our error (for example, inspector unavailability).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Non-Refundable:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the inspection or if the vehicle is unavailable at the inspection site.

Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have defined meanings under the following conditions. The same meaning applies whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
- Country refers to Maharashtra, India.
- Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to PDI Master Pvt. Ltd.

Our services are currently available in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and nearby regions unless otherwise specified.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Process
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email. Please ensure you provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, year, and location).
2.2. Payment
Payment is required either at the time of booking or after inspection, as agreed during scheduling.
2.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
2.4. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only if services are not delivered due to our unavailability or operational issues.
No refunds apply for completed inspections or last-minute cancellations.
3. Inspection Services
We offer the following specialized inspection packages:
3.1. Used Car Inspection (UCI)
A comprehensive evaluation of pre-owned vehicles, covering engine diagnostics, electrical systems, transmission, accident checks, and body integrity to help buyers make informed decisions.
3.2. New Car Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
For new car buyers, this inspection ensures the vehicle meets manufacturer standards and is defect-free prior to delivery.
3.3. Dealer / Bulk Inspections
Tailored for used car dealers or fleet buyers. We inspect multiple vehicles to assess overall quality and performance before purchase.
4. Inspection Process
4.1. Scope of Inspection
Our team conducts a full 360° inspection, examining the engine, body, suspension, transmission, and electronic components.
4.2. Tools and Equipment
We use the latest diagnostic and testing tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
4.3. Inspection Report
Upon completion, a detailed digital report is shared, summarizing the vehicle’s condition, issues found, and recommendations.
4.4. No Warranty
Our reports reflect the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection only. PDI Master does not guarantee future performance, reliability, or mechanical health.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Vehicle Availability
You must ensure the vehicle is available and accessible at the scheduled time and location.
5.2. Accurate Information
All information provided during booking must be accurate and up to date.
5.3. Authorization
By booking, you confirm you are the vehicle owner or have permission from the owner to authorize inspection.
6. Limitation of Liability
- PDI Master is not liable for any future mechanical, electrical, or accidental issues arising after the inspection.
- We do not assume responsibility for hidden damages, natural wear, or environmental impacts that could not be detected during inspection.
- Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid for that inspection.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership
All website content, including reports, text, images, and logos, is the property of PDI Master Pvt. Ltd.
7.2. Restrictions
You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any material without written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
Any personal data collected during booking or inspection will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
We do not sell or misuse your information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
